Thanks to you–all the businesses and families who contributed to the Academic Development Fund–Steele will have a full-time intern or para in every classroom next year! Academically we have seen a great year. That is partly because of our wonderful paras and interns, who make it possible for our children to get the extra attention they sometimes need. The funds the community raised, combined with the funds Mr. Boyer was able to secure from the district, will help keep Steele’s student-to-teacher ratios at half what they would otherwise be.
